However, smaller run clubs may not have a wide range of abilities. For example, a lunch-time running group that meets at your local health club may only have a few participants that run at a similar pace. Or sometimes, late morning running clubs include moms and dads who run with strollers and, as a result, may run at a slightly slower pace.
